What to check

  • Use the official client access to follow the information and requests made available for your account.
  • Document sharing and permissions are arranged for the people responsible for each routine; personal credentials should not be shared.
  • The accounting proposal identifies the work contracted. A website description of technology does not replace the scope or imply every feature is enabled for every client.

Contact and client access

From contact to delivery

  1. 1.

    Explain the need

Choose the service and a return channel. You can indicate your preferred language; technical-service availability is confirmed before engagement.

  2. 2.

    Agree the scope

The proposal identifies deliverables, periods, documents, each party’s responsibilities and fees. Studies, implementation and recurring work are distinguished.

  3. 3.

    Organize the work

After engagement, document channels, individual access and the delivery calendar are agreed. Do not send credentials or sensitive documents in the commercial form.

Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed before technical work begins. These services concern Brazilian obligations. Requirements in another jurisdiction need professionals qualified there.
