Change accountant with an organized transition

A change of accountant needs records, dates and clear responsibilities. Phinan plans the transfer of your Brazilian accounting routines according to the previous contract and the agreed starting period.

What the engagement covers

  • A transition plan identifies the last period handled by the previous accountant and the first period assumed by Phinan, including obligations due after the handover.
  • The inventory records historical files, documents received, missing information and matters requiring further treatment.
  • Regularization, amended returns and reconstruction of past records are distinguished from the new recurring routine.
  • Document channels, authorized access and the initial delivery calendar are agreed. Personal passwords should not circulate between providers.

From contact to delivery

  1. 1.

    Explain the need

Choose the service and a return channel. You can indicate your preferred language; technical-service availability is confirmed before engagement.

  2. 2.

    Agree the scope

The proposal identifies deliverables, periods, documents, each party’s responsibilities and fees. Studies, implementation and recurring work are distinguished.

  3. 3.

    Organize the work

After engagement, document channels, individual access and the delivery calendar are agreed. Do not send credentials or sensitive documents in the commercial form.

Scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed before technical work begins. These services concern Brazilian obligations. Requirements in another jurisdiction need professionals qualified there.
